Course Description
From baking a cake to notorious airports, the world is unthinkable without projects. The ability to manage projects is desperately sought after and is applied in large and small projects. This seminar is designed to provide an introduction and overview of classic and agile project management. Participants will be enabled to manage projects professionally themselves.

This workshop is available in German as well as English. The number of participants is limited to 12.
