As a creative engineer, Marcel combines science and art. While studying computational engineering at Darmstadt Technical University, he founded Image Engineering in 2017. The aim was to integrate a scientific approach into media production. The result is appealing media that really moves viewers and can be produced reliably across a range of topics. Customers from the worlds of science, business and politics confirm that this concept works.

Science communication is a passion project. Scientists are used to structured approaches and can learn them quickly. Since Image Engineering is based on this, it is the ideal approach for efficient science communication. In various workshops on media and film production in particular, these skills are taught in a practical and needs-based manner in order to attract more attention to the research presented.
