Simulation Games

We develop scientific simulation games that convey complex topics in an understandable, interactive and action-oriented way. Whether climate policy, research ethics, health communication or science-related decision-making processes – simulation games enable participants to not only understand dynamics and conflicting goals in theory, but also to actively experience them. Participants slip into roles, make decisions under uncertainty and experience first-hand how scientific findings, interests and communication interact.

Our approach combines in-depth expertise with extensive experience and playful design. Each simulation game is individually tailored to your target group and context: compact for workshops, in-depth for courses or as a large group format for conferences. We develop role profiles, scenarios, rules and materials, moderate the game and evaluate the results together – so that the experience has a lasting effect.
