Tamara is a professionally experienced opera singer and speech scientist. She obtained her singing diploma in Karlsruhe and has been active as a singer throughout Germany since graduating. The career change from artistry to classical rhetoric was initially motivated by starting a family, but was ultimately an opportunity to make clever use of the pandemic gap. Tamara completed her Master of Arts in “Speech Science and Speech Education” at Saarland University.
The great mix of art and science perspectives on voice, space and the rhetorical tradition ignited Tamara's passion for working with people. To critically engage in conversation about the way people talk to each other. This is how Tamara came to teaching.
As an expert in voice and rhetoric, she is always ready to tease out the expressiveness that lies dormant in everyone and put it in the right light.
When Tamara is not teaching courses, she works at the University of Applied Sciences Kaiserslautern as a lecturer in communication and prepares engineers and mechanical engineers for the rigors of life: Being able to talk to people properly.
