Course Description

In this compact seminar, participants will be introduced to the core principles of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) by Marshall Rosenberg and explore how mindful presence supports authentic and constructive dialogue. The focus is on expressing one's own needs clearly, listening with great empathy, and remaining authentically connected even under stress or in conflict. Through practical exercises and guided reflections common everyday situations are examined with the aim of developing greater confidence, clarity, and calmness in communication. The seminar is open to all; no prior experience is required.
